Before expanding, the SM Devine company ran an extremely successful construction company, completing many projects throughout the UK and Ireland. The company focused on providing quality services across the construction industry including supply & fit and labour. Our experience ranges from residential construction and fit out to heavy utilities and infrastructure.
Over a short period of time, the SM Devine company developed a reputation for delivering extremely high-quality workmanship with superb project management resulting in constant awards of projects and reliability within the industry.
Our business has adapted, progressed and expanded since we first began in the construction industry back in 2007 and alongside carrying out construction projects, JVs and site finds, we are now also one of NIs most luxury house builder, and we’ve found ourselves specialising in high end properties.
