Managing Director
Sean Devine
Sean has been working in the construction industry since he was 16 years old. Since then, he has been the relentless driving force behind the expansion and success of SM Devine. He has years of experience in construction, property and planning and is extremely passionate and caring about what he does.
Chief Operations Officer
Michaela Proctor
Michaela began her career in construction before qualifying as a financial adviser. Despite her success in finance, construction remained her true passion, and 12 years ago she returned to the industry to join Sean. Known for her drive, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset, she is always ready to take on new challenges and go the extra mile.
Operations Manager
Olivia Devine
Olivia works alongside Sean & Michaela on the marketing and admin side of SM Devine, but, her real passion is hospitality and so Olivia runs the entire operations at our holiday resort Corrstown Village. She is dedicated, and caring & will always go over and above for clients.
Interior Designer
Catriona O Kane
Catriona has been working in sales & interior design for as long as she can remember. Catriona has an eye for detail, and she loves to make sure she gets the right "vibe" for each space. She is fun, outgoing & we love when she's on a project - it's all go!
Resort & Client Manager
Ellie McIlreavy
Ellie has recently joined the team to help Olivia with the operations at Corrstown Village. Whilst it's a demanding job, Ellie is always there with a smile on her face, ready for the day and for anything that comes her way.
